A rapid, non-invasive test measuring the alcohol currently present in a person's breath. It gives an estimate of blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and reflects recent consumption.
Specialised tests that detect alcohol metabolites in urine — identifying consumption after alcohol is no longer detectable on a breath test. Often used to support recovery monitoring and treatment compliance.
When required, initial screening results can be confirmed through advanced laboratory techniques — highly accurate verification that gives greater clinical confidence in positive findings.
Supports safe and effective medication management — particularly where prescribed medications carry a misuse risk, or where someone is part of a recovery-focused treatment programme.
