Mental health shows up at work whether or not you plan for it. We help Indian organisations support their people properly — with clinical care behind it, not just an app and good intentions.

Confidential by design, clinical at the core, built for Indian workplaces.

Trusted by teams across technology, finance, manufacturing, and healthcare

The case for investing

Why this matters at work

The cost of unaddressed mental health at work is rarely on a balance sheet — but it's real, and it's large.

Reporting & insight

Employee Assistance Programme

Confidential support, real clinicians

Our Employee Assistance Programme gives your people a confidential, professional place to turn — staffed by qualified clinicians, not a generic call centre.

For your employees

  • Free, confidential counselling sessions — in person at Churchgate, online, or by phone.
  • Support in English, Hindi, and Marathi, matched to who you are.
  • Help with work and life — stress, relationships, grief, sleep, substance use, money worry.
  • A clear path to deeper care — therapy, psychiatry, or assessment — if it's needed.

For you as the employer

  • A single, dependable partner for your people's mental health.
  • Aggregate, anonymised reporting — themes and usage, never individual details.
  • Predictable per-employee pricing with no surprise per-session billing.
  • Clinical governance and confidentiality you can stand behind.
Workshops & training

Practical sessions your team will use

Sessions your team will actually use the next day — practical, warm, and grounded in clinical evidence rather than slogans. Delivered on-site or online.

Managing stress & preventing burnout

Recognising the early signs and building habits that hold up under real workloads.

Managers as first responders

How to notice a struggling team member, start the conversation, and refer well.

Building psychological safety

Creating teams where people can speak up about difficulty without fear.

Sleep, focus & sustainable performance

The unglamorous fundamentals that quietly drive how people actually perform.

Outcomes

What good looks like

What good looks like, six to twelve months in:

  • Higher programme engagement than a typical EAP — because care feels real, not transactional.
  • Managers who refer earlier, before a struggle becomes a crisis or an exit.
  • Lower absenteeism and attrition tied to mental-health load.
  • A clearer, anonymised picture of where your organisation needs support next.

Questions

Things employers ask

Yes — completely. Nothing an employee shares in a session is ever reported back to you individually. You receive only aggregate, anonymised insight on usage and themes. That confidentiality is what makes the programme work.

Most engagements are a predictable annual fee based on headcount, which keeps budgeting simple and removes any disincentive for employees to seek help. We'll put exact numbers in your proposal once we understand your size and needs.

Yes. Counselling and workshops are delivered online across India in multiple languages, with in-person sessions at our Churchgate clinic. For larger or distributed teams we'll shape the right mix with you.

The EAP is ongoing, confidential one-to-one support for individuals. Workshops are group training that builds skills and awareness across teams. Most organisations run both — they reinforce each other.

Request a proposal and we'll set up a short discovery call. There's no obligation — it's simply the fastest way to understand whether we're the right partner for your organisation.
