Bipolar Test

This is the Altman Self-Rating Mania Scale — five short groups of statements about the past week. It screens for manic or hypomanic symptoms, which are one half of the bipolar picture. "Occasionally" means once or twice; "often" means several times or more; "frequently" means most of the time.
