About Joanna
Hi, I'm Joanna a trauma informed Clinical Psychologist who primarily works with adults who may be navigating through emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, life transitions or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed by the weight of what they have been carrying. As a therapist, I believe healing often begins when we turn towards what has been difficult to face alone. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity and collaboration creating a space where you can feel heard, understood and supported without judgement.
