About Samridhi
I have spent the last six years working in mental health, supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings. I started my career as a Counselling Psychologist, working in schools and substance use rehabilitation services. As my clinical experience grew, so did my interest in understanding psychological difficulties in greater depth, leading me to pursue training in Clinical Psychology. Today, I draw on both experiences to offer thoughtful, evidence-based therapy tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
