What is borderline personality disorder?

If your feelings shift quickly, relationships feel overwhelming, or you're constantly afraid of being left — it can be exhausting. Borderline Personality Disorder isn't about being “too sensitive.” It's about struggling with emotions that feel bigger than what you can manage right now. At Samarpan, we're here to help you understand what's happening — and learn how to cope with it.

Many people live for years feeling emotionally overwhelmed, misunderstood, or “too much” — without realizing there's a name for what they're going through.

BPD is not about being “difficult” or “attention-seeking.” It's about how your emotional system works — and how strongly you experience things.

This can develop due to a mix of factors — including personality, early experiences, and emotional environment.

None of this means something is “wrong” with you as a person. It means you haven't yet had the right tools and support.
