What is an eating disorder?

Eating disorder is a serious mental health condition where unhealthy eating patterns harm both physical and emotional well-being. The most common types of eating disorders include anorexia, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and stress eating, each affecting the body and mind in different ways. These conditions don't discriminate. Early recognition of the causes of eating disorders and the symptoms of eating disorders is crucial for timely care and recovery.
